Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Exec Flow ("the App"), operated by Victoria Exec Agency ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for the person or business that registers them.

Plans, trials, and billing

• Subscriptions are offered on the Solo, Pro, and Team plans and are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider.
• Solo and Pro include a 7-day free trial for new customers. The Team plan does not include a trial.
• Plan limits (active clients, seats, and features) are enforced by the App. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice for future billing periods.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account menu. If you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the Solo feature set. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by us at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, reselling access, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of the client, task, and time data you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to operate the App. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party integrations

Optional calendar connections (such as Google Calendar or Outlook) are provided on a read-only basis and are subject to the terms of those providers. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

Availability and disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you are responsible for maintaining your own records of business-critical information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
